Okay, so let’s get into our mind today. Recently I am reading a book named “The Power of Subconscious mind” and discovered great things that as a human we should know. Everyone knows or must have heard that we have a conscious and subconscious mind; the subconscious mind makes us do things automatically whereas we give commands to our conscious mind which makes things happen. We often face many difficulties related to different things in our life. You doubt yourself, don't have faith in you, lack of confidence, low self-esteem. But from where all these things come? Does anyone teach you to doubt yourself or to have a lack of faith in you? You must have tried something and failed at it in the first go. Considering that failure you didn't try to do that same thing again. The subconscious mind is the storehouse of your beliefs, experience, memories, and skills. When you failed you remembered that experience, how it feels and then you told your subconscious mind to remember it and that’s the reason where the fear comes from.
You are a human with great potential and everything lies within you; you just need to seek inside and have faith in you. The way you treat yourself and think about yourself is all that matters. The way you talk to yourself reflects in your life. Subconscious mind listens to everything you say to yourself; it doesn't matter what you are thinking. When you want to go somewhere or there is an important meeting and you have to wake up early, that night you speak to yourself that I have to get up at 5 am. Surprisingly you get up 15 minutes before your actual time. How did this happen? A subconscious mind makes it happen. When you think of something for a longer period your subconscious mind captures it and you get the result. When you want to achieve something think about, your subconscious mind and law of attraction will make your way. This doesn’t mean you will quit working, sit at a place, and think the whole day. The subconscious mind never says no rather it doesn't make any decision, it accepts what you give it. If you think negatively it will create a negative impact and make things tough for you but when you think positively it will make your life pleasant, happier. You might be creating great opportunities as well as failures for yourself because of your thinking. But now you need to hold your negative thoughts and start thinking positively which will benefit you.
Everyone have stage fear or might get nervous before starting something new. Convert that nervousness into excitement. Say positive affirmation "You are capable of doing it, work hard and things will fall into place. I am confident about it." Say things that will boast you, your mind is always there to listen to it. Chanting positive affirmations will tell your subconscious mind that everything is alright, there is nothing to worry about and your fear will disappear. These small things will shape as well as make your life. When you go out shopping and look at things which are costly, the immediate reaction you give is, “I can’t purchase it.” Saying this you limit yourself and tells your subconscious mind that you can never get this. Instead of that say, “This thing is mine. I accept it mentally and my subconscious sees to it that I receive it. ” say this and look what life brings to you. So think positively and be grateful for everything you have in your life.
