The feeling “Pain” is so essential in our life. You must be thinking why I’m saying this but pain is the only feeling which teaches us everything right from which things can cause you pain to which people will try to harm you either physically or mentally. As a kid you must have fallen so many times and got injured so during that time you just understood what thing can hurt you more so you must have stayed away from it. But as you grew up the pain that you had were more intense as compared to childhood right from physical to mental pain. More often everyone focuses on the outer, physical injuries and just forget that a person also needs to be mentally stable, fit. Mental health is all about how you think, behave, feel and it is equally important for a person to be mentally fit. So today I’m gonna discuss about mental health causes, effects, importance.
Causes
You are responsible in some or other way for what you are facing. Problems, stress, failures is all part of life and it’s on you how to take it. If you keep on over thinking you will serve more problems to you and everyone of you know it very well still we humans over think on everything. People are threat to you and you must agree this. People will try to control you, continuously impose negative things and thoughts on you which truly make our lives hell. So you must know what is good for you. Some situations, phobias and other past events sometimes worsen the things and can affect you terribly.
Effects
Mental health can affect your daily life, relationships, progress and even physical health. It will make you mentally sick. You may suffer anxiety disorders, mood disorders, panic disorders and many more. You won’t feel anything worth doing, constantly low energy. Using drugs to forget everything , displaying uncharacteristic emotions. When your mental health deteriorates you may suffer depression or think of harming yourself.
Let’s get better
To overcome these things you need to remove the toxic people from your life. You need to look everything with a positive approach it will help you. Start sharing about what you feel or what is happening in your life with anyone you are comfortable with as it will make your head free and you will get some solutions to your problems. Visiting a psychologist is always a great option so if everything goes out of your control you can surely visit a psychologist. The other things you can do to overcome is meditation, listening songs or following your hobby as it makes you happy. Don’t over think instead smile more often. Here’s a tip from me that whenever you feel low just say to yourself “You are stronger than what you think. Common warrior you have to fight a lot.”
You must be facing a lot of things in your life and still burying everything with a smile. This is not just you everyone does that. We always go to doctor if anything happens so consider your mental health important and do take a proper treatment if anything happens. Mental health is as important as your physical health. If you are going through anything remember it’s just a phase and everything is going to be alright. Have faith in yourself and smile more often.
