We have heard a lot of times to be away from negative people as negative people have problem to every solution. If a person is not good for us we can avoid that person for sure, but what about negative thoughts. We have always been told to be away from negative people but no one ever told us how to do it. But first find that whether you are a positive or a negative person based on the decisions you take for yourself. So always be careful about the decisions you take because these small steps decide many things.


So now dealing with negative people, if the person is not close to you, you can keep distance with that person. While doing friendship we can’t get to know whether the person is negative in first few meetings. As they become close we get to know the things so at that time we can’t just quit. Instead try to change the perspective of that person, ask him/her to have faith and confidence in himself/herself. Due to this they will think good as well as you won’t be affected by their negative thoughts. You can just show them the right way that is to think positive because you can’t control the persons thought. Some people won’t listen to you when you tell them to think positive but when you try to do some thing they will interrupt you, they would try to lower down your faith and confidence and when you are not able to do the work as expected their words will stuck you, eventually giving you a reason that you can’t do it. To avoid such things don’t tell anyone about your next move, plan as different people have different perspective the one you consider as your hobby someone can see it just a nonsense thing. So when you are trying to new things and have pretty confidence in yourself just do it, if you want you can take into consideration the people who are close to you and the people about whom you are sure that they won’t misguide you. Don’t ever start the blame game be responsible for the choices you have made and have the courage to face them.


People around us affect our behavior but it is you who doesn’t need to get affected by it. I know it is not possible at all times that things won’t affect us but you can surely control them as you know what is good for you. We all face internal struggles we are on the urge whether to give up or not but giving up would never take you anywhere. You need to fight against all the odds have faith in yourself that you can do it, reward yourself when you complete a task. Build a good habit that will help you keep on going. Choose one task at a time and complete it, we often run behind doing many things at a time and end up doing nothing. Just say all the negativity to go away and achieve great things and don’t forget to smile.

We always use the word “Say Cheese” while clicking pictures and we say that because it puts a smile on your face. So let’s say cheese with a big smile on your face. When we smile we look good, happier but what about those times when we are sad, we just forget to put that smile on our faces. Everyone of us may have read this “People put a smile on their faces just to show they are alright” & that’s the thing you have to do in your bad times, you are just supposed to smile. Smile is not just an gesture to express your emotion but it also works as a healer. When we smile some impulses are send to our brain and because of it we start to become happy.



When we are sad we don’t feel pleasant , our energy to do things goes missing, so whenever you are in a bad mood or feeling sad just ask yourself a question “How am I feeling?”. If the answer to your question is sad, feeling unwell, angry or any other state of feeling which makes you unpleasant. At such times again ask yourself a question “How am I supposed to feel?” Obviously the answer to this question will be to feel happier. Then the next question will be “So now what am I supposed to do?” and the answer to this is “SMILE”. So whenever you feel bad or low just smile like idiots and believe me it truly works. Whenever I am sad I just smile and then slowly your mood automatically changes.

Yesterday I was angry at night and I was feeling sleepy but the thoughts that were in my mind were not allowing me to sleep, so I decided that I will count till 100 and after every number I count I will smile. This thing kept me distracted from my anger, slowly slowly my anger turned down and as my thoughts stopped I had fallen asleep. So I totally agree with the quote “Laughing is the best medicine”. After reading the title many things come in mind but I'm not talking about magnets or people that two opposite things attract each other. Everyone must have heard the dialogue "Agar kisi cheez ko dil se chaaho to puri kayanat usey tumse milane ki koshish mein lag jaati hai". Most of us have taken this dialogue lightly, even I had thought that this is film dialogue & it is meaningless. But when I started reading the book " The Secret" I realised that this dialogue is truly related to reality. We are the most powerful magnet in the Universe, we contain a magnetic power within us that is most powerful and this magnetic power is emitted through our thoughts. Thoughts are magnetic, and thoughts have a frequency. So as we think those thoughts are sent out into the universe, and they magnetically attract all like things that are on the same frequency. So as you think a thought, you start attracting like thoughts to you. So if you starts making a thought dominant you will attract same things. One can use this to fulfill their dreams as like attracts like. So now we should stop thinking of all the bad things and attract good things towards us. If we will make right use of this we can surely reach great heights. If you are not sure about this then give it a try, use it on small things. I had used this during my practicals which surely helped me. So remember more dominant your thought the more you attract.
